International data protection enforcement (GDPR)
I represent clients in the cross-border enforcement of claims under the GDPR and data protection law – in particular in cases of data breaches, unlawful data processing and unauthorised direct marketing (spam). This includes the enforcement of claims for injunctive relief, information and damages, as well as the defence against unjustified or excessive claims. Representation is provided vis-à-vis companies and controllers both domestically and abroad.
UWG and unfair competition
Protection of fair competition – national and cross-border
I represent companies and private clients in the enforcement and defence of competition law claims. The focus is on unfair business practices, unlawful online advertising, misleading content and competition law infringements on the internet. I assist with the enforcement of claims for injunctions, removal and damages as well as with defending against unjustified or excessive competition law demands – both nationally and cross-border.

I assist clients with contractual disputes, claims for damages, and general civil law conflicts. This includes disputes arising from sales, service, and works contracts, as well as the enforcement and defence of injunctions and claims for damages.
